Definitions
"The School" means Patanjali Gurukulam Near Patanjali Yogpeeth Phase - II, Post Office - Patanjali Yogpeeth Delhi-Haridwar National Highway - 58, Haridwar - 249405 - Haridwar INDIA and/or its Managing Committee.
"Payment" means payment made online for registration, admission,etc.,
"Payee" means the person/parents who is making online Payment.
Amount of Payment:
The amount of Payment done for registration fees or contribution is inclusive of all transaction charges/fees payable to Payment Gateway or any other charges like taxes etc. payable to any Statutory bodies set by Government of India.
Receipt of Online Payment:
The Payment Gateway either confirms or rejects the status of payment at the time of online Payment. Please ensure the success or failure of payment at your end.
In case of failure or pending transactions, please contact your bank or Payment Gateway immediately.
Patanjali Gurukulam will not be responsible for the delay in receipt of payment due to pending transaction at Bank or Payment Gateway.

Legalities
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time .
All matters of dispute are subjected to Haridwar jurisdiction only.

Payment once made shall not be refunded under any circumstance.

Personally identifiable consumer information is also shared with third parties (such as our Acquiring banks and credit card processors) to the extent necessary for Patanjali Gurukulam to deliver payment processing services. Patanjali Gurukulam is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers' personal data. Patanjali Gurukulam may also link to a wide variety of other sites. We are not responsible for their privacy policies or how they treat information about their users.
Security
Information security is critical to our business. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We store information gathered on secure computers. When you make payment using your card, all required transaction details are captured on the secured payment page, and encrypted using Industrial Strength Cipher, and are securely transmitted by Payment Gateway Service Provider and then it transfers them to your card issuer for obtaining an authorization decision. At no time during the payment process or thereafter does Patanjali Gurukulam have access to, or store, your complete card account information.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your Login ID/password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer and otherwise protect the password used to access the Patanjali Gurukulam's services.
The security of your personal information and email address is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit / debit card number) on our Payment Gateway Bank's, they encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

Payment Flow Process
- Go to www.patanjaligurukulam.org.in
- Click online fee payment
- Enter the details asked i.e Admission Number and Mobile Number
- Select the fees to be paid and click on Submit
- Confirm the details on Payment summary page and then click on proceed.
- Select your payment options such as Debit card / Credit card / Net Banking.
- You will be redirected to the payment gateway.
- You will receive a payment confirmation after successful payment.
